Art Sale & Rental I have made paintings in commission for a varied number of offices spread out over all of the Netherlands. More specifically, they are usually offices who choose to work with one artist instead of with the regional art rental gallery. It is possible for you as an office or business, to choose from a diversity of artwork that I will present to you. You can buy these artworks or rent them. In both cases you receive, besides original artwork, (I do not make silk screened work) a discount as well. If you purchase many paintings, you receive a discount, and if you choose to rent the artwork, you do not have to pay the mediator, which makes it less expensive than renting through an art gallery. The number of paintings I present to choose from is always twice as large as the number actually required. The paintings are always framed and will be hung up on the existing system or with screws in the wall. And moreover, the purchase or rental of art for your office is tax-deductible! Prices Purchase The price of a painting depends on the size, material and hours I put into making it. Bottom price is € 150,- including the frame. Rental The rental costs of an artwork is € 11,50 per month including tax and delivery (when you rent more than 5 works you get a discount of 2 €, when renting more than 10 works discount of 4 €). Rental costs and payment are on a yearly basis. When the year has ended, You can decide to prolong, to quit or to change the works. In the last case I'll come with new work out of which you may choose a new selection. You can also decide to purchase the work that you have rented the past year. The rental costs will be deducted from the purchase costs (with a maximum of 1 year rent).
